Helping parents and educators understand children’s emotions and respond with connection
When Children don’t come with a user manual.

Parenting doesn’t come with a manual either— and even when you try your best, you often wonder:

“Am I doing enough?”
“Why is my child reacting this way?”

You might be feeling exhausted, guilty, or unsure how to respond to children’s big feelings or challenging behaviors.

You’re not alone — every parent and educator faces moments of doubt. These talks and workshops are designed to help you see both your children and yourself with more compassion.

That’s why the Children-Inside-Out Series was created

a series of warm, playful, evidence-based talks and workshops designed for parents, educators, and community members who support children ages 0–12.

What I love to offer

A collection of playful, practical, and research-backed interactive talks and workshops supports parents and caregivers in understanding what children’s behaviors are really communicating — how they can respond in ways that build emotional awareness, secure attachment, and resilience.
