Child Therapy, Youth Therapy,
& Parenting Support
in the Greater Toronto Area
Let every child and parent feel connected together.
Do you find yourself feeling unsure about parenting your child or teen?
Maybe the tantrums or meltdowns leave you walking on eggshells at home. The constant battles over simple routines—such as bedtime, mealtime, and getting ready for school—drain your energy and patience. You worry about your child’s future, their ability to make friends, or how they’ll cope at school.
At the same time, you may feel judged by other parents, overwhelmed by advice from school or senior family members, or even doubting your own parenting. Over time, the stress seeps into your work, your marriage or family relationships, and your own sense of confidence as a parent, leaving you feeling isolated and exhausted.

Some questions that you may have...
What services do you offer?
I provide psychotherapy and psychoeducation for children, adolescents, adults, and families to address various social, emotional, and relational challenges.
What is your approach to therapy?
I integrate play therapy, attachment theory, and a growth mindset while exploring how past patterns shape an individual's present functionality to effectively promote healing and resilience.
Who can benefit from therapy?
Parents, children, adolescents, and adults seeking support for emotional challenges, relationships, and inner healing can benefit from therapy. Book a consult call to find your good fit.
What is your therapy style?
I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling safe and understood. In my work with children, teens, and parents, I focus on creating a warm, trusting space where all family members can express themselves freely —without judgment or pressure.
Are sessions confidential?
Certainly, all therapy sessions are maintained with strict confidentiality to foster a secure environment for healing. However, it is important to acknowledge certain limitations in place due to safety considerations. We will address these matters during our initial meeting.
How long are therapy sessions?
Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes each. Parent or family meetings usually last 60 to 90 minutes, allowing enough time for deeper discussion and collaboration.
